By accessing or using Backuno, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

Backuno is a WordPress backup solution that provides local backups, optional remote storage uploads, scheduling, retention controls, and export workflows. Some features may be marked as Coming soon and are not available until officially released.

3. License & Usage

Backuno Lite may be used free of charge. Backuno Premium requires an active license. License usage is limited by plan-defined site limits and expiration dates. License keys must not be shared, resold, or misused.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups, verifying backup integrity, ensuring sufficient server resources, and complying with hosting provider rules. Backuno does not guarantee recovery from data loss.

5. Backup Data

All backup data is processed locally on your server or sent directly to the remote provider you configure. Backuno does not store or access your backup contents. You retain full ownership of your data.

6. Third-Party Services

Backuno may integrate with third-party services such as Google Drive, FTP servers, Amazon S3, Backblaze B2, and Dropbox (planned). Backuno is not responsible for the availability, security, or data handling of third-party services.

7. Warranty & Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free backups, or compatibility with all hosting environments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backuno shall not be liable for data loss, downtime, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Support

Lite users receive best-effort community support. Premium users receive priority support according to their license plan. Support does not include custom development or server administration.

10. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to the official refund policy published on the Backuno billing or licensing portal.

11. Termination

Access to the service may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated, a license expires, or misuse is detected.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Backuno constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
